Products: HP LaserJet M5025 and M5035 MFP
Error/Issue Description: The printer will not come to a ready state after a reboot/power-cycle. Viewing the printer using Embedded Web Server (EWS) will only show 49.4c02 error and the printer will no longer function properly. HP Easy Select Control panel hangs on the HP Event Logo.
Root Cause: According to HP This specific issue is only related to the Default Original Size being set to Mixed Letter/Legal
Solution: The only solution is to perform a cold reset on the printer. This will reset the printer to factory defaults which allows the printer to function properly again.
