How to Turn off or Disable System Restore in windows 7

 

  1. Right-click on My Computer, and then click Properties.

 

 

  1. Next Click on Advanced System Settings

 

 

  1. Next on the System Protection tab, click Configure

 

 

  1. Next Check the Turn Off System Protection box and click OK

 

 

  1. Next Click Yes when asked “Are you sure you want to turn off system protection on this drive”

 

 

  1. Click OK to close the dialog box (Click Yes if you are prompted to restart the computer)
