Issue Description: Printer file System Password can no longer be changed or verified via EWS or WJA.

Root Cause: Apparently if the printer serial number is modified and the device password is still in place, the file System Password field becomes corrupt. 

Solution: The only solution is to perform a cold reset on any printer which does not allow the file System Password to be changed or verified via EWS or WJA.  This will reset the printer to factory defaults which allows you to set the file System Password.
