How to Restore Factory Settings on HP LaserJet CM6040 MFP

 

Steps to Restore Factory Settings on HP Color LaserJet CM6040 MFP:

  1. Log on to the device via Embedded Web Server (EWS) using the IP address or hostname of the printer 
  2. Select Settings Tab 
  3. Select Configuration Device on the left menu
  4. Select Resets
  5. Check Restore Factory Settings
  6. Click Apply to Restore Factory Settings
