Error: domain account not found

Issue Description:

During ePrint enterprise installation process you receive the error “domain account not found”

Solution:

Make sure the following windows services are set to automatic and started:

  • Computer Browser
  • Function Discovery Resource Publication
  • SSDP Discovery
  • UPnP Device Host
  • DNS Client
  • Additionally if WINS is available in the environment make sure “TCP/IP over BIOS” is also enabled
