How to show print document name in event log ID 307 on Windows Server 2012 R2 

update Windows Registry and add below key: 

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers]
 "ShowJobTitleInEventLogs"=dword:00000001

There is no need to restart your system this change should take effect immediately.
